The cost of the whole apartment is quite reasonable and also the location. I'm wondering why are they selling it despite of the goodness of it. Do you have scanned a picture of it? Please post it here so we can view it.

If you read carefully its the whole complex they tend to sell, not apartment.
And according to me its about €500 millions the whole building. |
